As a child I heard that to be "full" life had to plant a tree, having a child and write a book... What do yo think about it? A plan to write a book on a topic of interest, would like to be a professional writer and read by many people? If you have already written a book which was your experience? Thanks Amichi

I think that's a really great idea providing you have something of a interest to write about. My girlfriend is writing a story right now that's just hilarious. I really enjoy reading her story.

I'm glad you support your girlfriend with what you write, and I wish you to feel satisfied at the end of writing his story. Good luck to her. You never thought to write stories, novels, poems?

I actually do write too. But people I've taken my stories and poems to say they're not good enough. So I just write for myself, but not lately.

It's a good life plan amichi. I was very young when my first book was published, if I can call it a book : it was only 64 p. and printed at 1000 copies, but I was jumping for joy and very proud of my baby. I gave an interview, and signed some copies, and thought I was a very important author . This book is my worst, but somewhere it's my best. I never felt again like that. I wish that you will write your book for pleasure, amichi, and not only to achieve a "full" life : don't forget that it will be your best book !

I am pleased to meet a poet honored by a literary prize, amichi. Seriously, it's understandable to have happy memories of such a school prize ! I'm sure it's an encouragement for your future book, and I see that you have develop a taste for writing. A future best-seller ? I hope so for you. hasta otra amichi !

Well, I am not published but have a book ready to be if that counts. My experience I think because the story line came to me, (In other words I didn't have to sit down and think about what to write like I am struggling with my second book now), so I just wrote it down. The only problem I had was I had no computer at the time and hand wrote it twice before I got a computer and any researching I did was limited to whenever I made it to the library. My advice first of all is to start writing, anything that comes to your mind. Don't worry about grammar or spelling, that is what editing is for and done after you have the story written out.

Thnks for your advice, I will take into account, and more or less what I'm doing now, write every idea that comes to mind, this is related or not with the original story, because at first wanted to continue the continuity of history and I was "stuck" on several occasions. I hope some day to read some of his books.
