Downlineref down?

hello blueflyingsnow......I am glad that you started this discussion. Yesterday at about 10 am, I decided to purchase credits and I used my alertpay money (five dollars) and bought 800 credits. one hour later I tried to log in, and was shocked to see that account was suspended........what is this.........to whom should we complain.....I really don't know what to do. I even got mail from them that they have received my money and have credited me with 800 credits.....I am sorry for your 1150 points.......I hope this is just a technical problem and soon things will come back to normal....and if notgrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
