Yes I do snore when I am very tired. Even my boyfriend he snores loud even if he is sleeping on his stomach. I would like to wake him up but I feel pity because he is so tired and he might be distured so I just leave it up. As well as my parents they snores so loud when they are sleeping and we are gget used to it. And did not mind about the causes of it. I'll check of what I can do about that habit. Thank you so much for letting us know.

i just could not agree with people who considers snoring as a habit, sorry about this ada. but when we know exactly what makes people to snore and what could result to frequent or continued snoring of one person, we believe that snoring is a health problem and should not be taken for granted. we have to let the person know that he snores and if possible, have them checked by doctors.

I don't snore but I aware that places try to treat it. There was show over here on the BBC that showed sets of people with habits in the night which effected their day to day life's. There was a couple of people who snored, they got given different types of tests and I don't think anything actually solved it on the show but it did wonders with people who hit out and sleep walked.

there are lots of reason for one to snore when asleep. there are even lots of discussions already posted asking who can sleep with the sound of snores or they know that they snore. there are even some who ask for help how to stop snoring... actually, i also have some discussions about snoring and this one is a big problem for me with my 3 year old son. how can you imagine at 8 months, he already snores loudly and we always have fun listening to him on his sleeps. he snores every time he sleeps, day time or night time. and you will notice him starts to snore even at the first minute he fell asleep. we had been in the doctor and undergone a series of tests. and we are still under medication for at least 6 months... what are the causes for his snoring? he had thick sinuses along his airways and have a larger tonsils, larger than normal of babies of his age... we know what connects with snoring and sleep apnea and what will be the possible result if not treated well... after 6 months, by june or something, we will be going back to the doctor and see what will be the next procedures. hopefully, he will get better then... for some, snoring is a simple thing. but for us, this never gave us better sleep at night. not because we have someone beside us that snores loud but because we are afraid he will lose her breathing. we have to continue monitor him while he sleeps.

hi advokatku since I have been taking Benadryl to open my congested nose because of dust and mite allergy I no longer snore. My son has a bad snoring problem and has been diagnosed with sleep apnea so he really needs a cpap machine to keep oxygen circulating in his nose and lungs. I used to snore badly but do not do it now because I have treated my night time allergy. there are many causes for snoring and ones doctor is the best place to get started for help.

Some snoring are cause by some body disorder. I think I believe that snoring and health problems are just coincidence. Its like if you sneeze you have colds. But it does not mean every time you sneeze you have colds. sneezing is cause by irritation in the nose. While colds is cause by virus. .. This is the same thing with snoring.
