To be a boss or to be a worker

if i have all the money and resources in the world then i would choose to be my own boss. if you work at your own phase you control your own growth. you don't have to rely on the company that you are working for.

You are right about employment these days. Its really hard to get a job. If you wanted to be your own boss, that's also a great idea. I also considered having my own business before but I have to study out all the pros and cons of having a business cause its also going to be challenging. We can do that if you want to and your success will depend on your determination, so good luck.

If I have to choose for myself I rather want to be a boss and hire many workers to work for my company. Being a boss is quite an achievement already but it's something that is hard to get by. First you need to be a worker before you become a boss. You will be a good and effective boss if you happened to be a worker first because you already knew how to handle the workers because you used to be one of them. But most of us always remains a worker. Slave by their own country and employers of some foreigners. Too bad isn't it almost like a a stinging slap in the face. But there's more workers and only few bosses.
