To be a boss or to be a worker

I have graduated from college , but u know its hard to find a job at now. So i am thinking to be a boss which work for myself . I want to start a company of trading. Now its hard to find buyer exspecial in US and Europe . So i dont know the way are ringt or wrong.For u what will u do to find partners.

You are right about employment these days. Its really hard to get a job. If you wanted to be your own boss, that's also a great idea. I also considered having my own business before but I have to study out all the pros and cons of having a business cause its also going to be challenging. We can do that if you want to and your success will depend on your determination, so good luck.

If I have to choose for myself I rather want to be a boss and hire many workers to work for my company. Being a boss is quite an achievement already but it's something that is hard to get by. First you need to be a worker before you become a boss. You will be a good and effective boss if you happened to be a worker first because you already knew how to handle the workers because you used to be one of them.
But most of us always remains a worker. Slave by their own country and employers of some foreigners. Too bad isn't it almost like a a stinging slap in the face. But there's more workers and only few bosses.
