There are times when my head aches and I can't help but worry. I'm afraid and i easily freak out when some parts of my body aches for reasons I don't know, especially in the head. I want to immediately go to a doctor and have my aching body part checked-up just to make sure. But I'd be over acting, what do you think?

Stress and anxiety are the xauses of most of the headaches. I suggest you take a nap if you can or do something that can take your mind away from the idea that you are ill (because you arenĀ“t really). There are some activities that will help you like taking walks, gardening, handcrafts.
I hope this helps. Welcome to mylot.

Thank you. I admit that I get stressed out sometimes, especially when I was in college. It was just so hard to avoid stress when you're studying in college. But I'm struggling to control it now that I'm working. It's not that stressful in the office and I'm thankful for that.
Thanks again for the advice!

There are many causes as to why people got headaches not only because you are tired or exhausted or weary it is also due to late meals. Mine, if i feel hungry it is not my stomach who is looking for food, my head is really aching at time when i am hungry. When you got headache try to take some medicol medicine, or paracetamol

Thanks for the advice but I'm not that dependent on pain relievers. I just go to sleep and pray that the pain goes away soon.
