Nude Painting: Would you?

I have a friend who recently allowed herself to be painted nude. I asked her if it was part of her "bucket list," and she said it was. She said it was "Pure awesomeness! Empowering! Liberating! Fun!"
So I was wondering, would you do it?
Me, I... May... Never do that. Unless my husband were an artist and I could let HIM be the one to paint me. However, my boyfriend-on-hold isn't, so... I may never do this at all. Heheh.
How about you, MyLot friends, would you ever?

Oh yeah. Why not. But then, if your employers won't be too comfortable about it, that could be a problem.

I would do it, especially if I knew the artist and liked their work. I think it would be liberating, especially as I have internalized ableism that I need to work on. I think it would help me reclaim my body.

I tried to research on internalized ableism, I couldn't understand it much.. Is it okay if I ask what that condition is?

I'd do it if the pay is good. I like someone to paint me naked. But it should be exclusive for female artists only. I heard they're wild so why not try it inside a room filled with girl artists. Lol.

Um. They don't work that way. Artists are very professional as a group. If you wanted to "enjoy" the ride, no pun intended, you'd have to zero in on the artist gal of your choice, and see if she likes you too, based on body language. But when it comes to painting sessions, things are pretty professional. It's art, not an excuse for debauchery, after all. :p
I am just too shy for that, plus I have bulges so it wouldn't make a great painting LOL. I'll never expose my everything to anyone.

I'm not sure I would like to do that. I am far self aware to pose live naked for a total stranger.
I would like to want to do it, just to see myself painted like that would be brilliant but I just don't think I could do it.

Haha! It really depends on what you want out of it, right? If you want to conquer your fears, if you want to experience something new, or if you just want to feel empowered, like my friend, and if you have no qualms exposing your body... I guess it's always your prerogative, right?
