Well, yes, I agree. Bathing and moisturizing are essential for healthy skin. Bathing can hydrate skin, remove dirt and germs, and promote relaxation. It also can loosen crusts from inflamed skin. However, hot water, drying soaps, and rubbing to get skin clean or dry can aggravate eczema and cause a flare-up. For Skin infection - Certain skin disease such as rashes or hives can be treated by adding baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) into the bath water. It acts as antiseptic. Fill in water into bath tab and add baking soda in and mix it well. Soak for about 10 to 20 minutes.

Its summer time and its so hot right now here in the Philippines. Taking a bath is a necessity and not an option in this time of the year. I usually take a bath only in the morning when the temperature is colder. But this days its not enough to quench the hot summer days and nights. So I also take a bath in the evening.

Here in Finland the only weather-related need for a bath is that it's so cold that you want a really warm bath :D Even when I've visited Spain or some other hot countries, I only take one bath per day. Here in Finland I usually don't even take a bath every day, more like every other because my atopic skin doesn't like water :D Besides, water is quite expensive for a poor guy like me and saving the environment by using less water is also one thing that you benefit from not taking a bath more than once a day...

It's summer here in the Philippines which denotes drought and the lack of water. Even our electrical systems is already a problem nowadays that we already experiences a rotational brownouts. The government has already asked the public to conserve water because our reservoir is already in critical levels.
So as a support to our mother nature, I only take a bath when I am about to go to work. And since our office is air conditioned so we don't catches much heat inside.
Maybe you are not working and you are just at home so that is why you have enough time to take a bath.... Hope you will still try to conserve water...
