The reason is very simple. There's a "clock" inside your body. According to this "clock", the night time is suitable for your body to have a deep rest, and the day time is suitable for your body to run. If you violate this rule, the efficiency of your body will be negatively affected. The outcome is that there may be something wrong with your body in the future. So you'd better follow the rule.

cos we human have habit of sleeping at night and so we change our habit it makes us so difficult to get similar to it ,like when we eat by right hand and now we try to eat by left hand so we are hard to do it ,and sleeping at night when do not have the sun so we feel cool and it is easy to sleep than sleeping in the morning when it is so hot it makes us so tired.

It takes a bit of time to get used to sleeping during the day instead of during the night. Our bodies must adjust to it, and I think very little changes in our sleep pattern during the day can cause us to wake up with a headache. I actually believe that no matter what time of the day it is, it is best if we sleep at about the same time every day, or if we go to sleep late we should get up when our body wants us to, or if not we'll face a headache or body aches.

Aside from the noises that we can heard on the day time, which will definitely wake us up, our body has a system clock which tells us that it is already day time so we really have to wake up unlike during nigh time....
