If you haven't already heard, the Polish president's plane crashed yesterday in Russia. It was not only the president but manyy important leaders in the polish government. There was also a bishop and some priests that were on board as well. I'm a polish-american and was born in Poland, so this was soo shocking when it happened and it affected me. I think it's a horrible crash, and lots of good people died. From what I had heard Kaczynski was a reallyyy good president, and was preventing a lot of people in the country from doing bad things. I'm really worried about the country now, because with only 60 days for a new president, who knows if they'll be a good leader or not? It's going to be a whole new administration and all the current progress that was being led by Kaczynski could be just thrown away and forgotten. Even a polish newsreporter had the guts to say that all the good people died on that plane, and now only the trash was left in the government. As for the reason it happened, no one still knows. It was either an accident because of the fog, or something on the plane broke, or someone killed them. It is very possible with the 3rd option. For many years there had still been some tension between certain russian groups and poland. Or some business groups that had problems with the president limiting their power to cut down the forests. They could've taken advantage of the fact that the plane was old and most officials were on one plane. I DO think that it WAS really stupid to put all the officials on one plane though. Really stupid.
So, what do you think of this horrible tragedy? What do you think will happen now? Why do you think it happened and do you accept my conspiracy theory? ;P

Hello Wigima,
I am a Filipino (Philippines) but I am very saddened when I heard the news of the tragic plane crash claiming the lives of Polish President, his wife and some high ranking Polish officials, I was shocked with this event and I couldn't deny the fact that me too, is thinking about a conspiracy theory since it is very unbelievable they perished in just one blink. I am saddened also to the family of President Kaczynski. I saw his picture and his wife and seemed they are lovable and good people. Gosh I just couldn't believe this is happening. I love Poland because my favorite Pope, John Paul II was Polish. Condolence to all Polish.

Well, I don't think there's any basis for any conspiracy theories. All evidence point towards just one thing: an accident while landing due to dense fog.
Yes, putting so many important people of a country's government was not the smartest thing to do, with the fact well-known that in case of any mishap in the air, the chances of survival of the passengers always remain pretty slim, yet, I do believe it was an accident, most unfortunate, but still, an accident.

Polish people will have a new election and would remember this tragic day, that's for sure. I would like to extend my condolences to the people of Poland, it's a tragic day indeed. I hope the investigation is carried thoroughly and would prove it was all an accident and no one is involved in this terrible catastrophe.

hey wigima,
nice to see your concern for the country...n ur rite its very much possible that it was all planned. I am from India, and my country has seen political assasinations of our great leaders like rajiv gandhi, indira gandhi etc. Bt i think u must reassure urself that sacrifice of the true people never goes waste nd im sure that he would get a gud successor in future. Its difficult bt as we all know dat noyhing in dis life permanent, if some bad people hav killed good people 2 day, dere end wud come soon.
lets hope 4d best!
