is this really a drug anymore?

this is illegal in the states, but its smoked just as much as ciggarets are. so when someone asks you if you do drugs do you reply with a yes i do weed or no, i just do weed and cigs? i dont consider it a drug, even tho it puts u in a diff state of mind. the popularity of it makes it seem like it should be legal and only smoked inside a persons house. and if they are high then they should get in trouble if they are driving.

yeah i know so many feel the same way, but it is illegal in maryland too. but weed can cause health issues, such as short term memory lost. and other issues as well. and it can cause a person not to think clear, and slow thier reflects down also too.
but give it time cigs will be outlaw sooner or later too
