women at the top

Many many years back, women used to be 2nd class citizens. They just stay at home and do household chores. But with the rise of globalization, women are gaining ground in different fields. There has been debates as to who should really take the top spots in the government, business sector and others. I believe that everybody should be given an equal chance. But most of the time, men are still the bosses. Maybe because the nature of being a woman includes taking care of children and concentrating on keeping the family together. What is your take on this? Why do you think men still rule most of the sectors in our society? Are there ways on how to improve the situation?

nowadays women are proving themselves in the society.they are telling the world that they can rise on top of a competitive field.they're not sitting back anymore.some women are CEOs,VPs,COOs of companies.women also prove themselves that they can keep a career AND manage a household.

like you said, with the increase of globalization, woman seem to be more equal as man in most field, but because of the character of woman, they are more suitable for taking care of family compared with man, that's the main reason why man take more top positions rather than woman.
maybe i think it's better for our society to become more cheerful and steady

This is what people call as gender superiority. Since the early history of human life, women has always been the one that serves, but not served. Mostly men think that they are capable of doing more that what women can do. I agree that both gender has to be equal in any aspects. Today's women has changed into responsible human beings. I believe that many women can endure more pressure than men.

Women and Men are the same species, we are both human that have strength and limitations. So, we can't argue about who's the best at living because both parties do best in living but in a different way, in a way that your comfortable with and more importantly, your happy.
For me we live together, we're both human so we are equal. Think it this way, that a woman and a man need each other to be one.

One of the reasons why men still rule in our society: it is simply because still lot of men believe that they are more superior than women, even if we say that women now a days are being treated equally with men ,but it cannot be denied that the feeling of superiority is still in them (men). In our country, I can say that there is big improvement when it comes on how women should be considered in the society because there are lot of women who proved themselves that they are stronger and much better than men. The problem in other country is that they can't accept that women can be better and stronger than men. And there are those who can't leave the tradition that they are practicing. There are those who are not open to any changes especially when it comes on how women should be considered in the society.
