I am fat?

In my country,lots of girls are very thin,and they still claim they are too fat,and insist on lose weight. everytime when I saw them,I have the idea of lose weight too! So I want to know I am 53kg,165cm.I am fat? How many meight should I lose?

I think you have perfect body.you do not need to lose weight.In fact I think fat is much better than thin.I am thin,But I want to add weight.

no,of course you are not fat,you are fit,and sometimes it is not beautiful for a girl to be too thin.boys like plump girls.and comfortable girl is most beautiful just be comfortable and believe in yourself

I guess you are healthy and you are not fat, it's just that some girls are already having problems psychologically because of dieting thoroughly, you can research it if you want, i am sure there is an explanation about that, actually it is already a disorder, but not that severe, i just forgotten what they call it but i am sure it is a psychological problem, you are lucky you do not have that kind of thinking.

It’s a good idea to have an idea of the calories that most food items have. If it is a packed thing then the label is sure to have the calories that the substance has.

Honestly, I donot think you should lose your weight. Your body is pretty fit. Enjoy your life and do whatever you want, be yourself will make you happier.

First of all, you don't have to be obsessive about losing fat. If you are eating right and working out the way you are supposed to, the first thing a trainer would say is tighten your diet; cut out more carbs, eat more protein in smaller amounts five or six times a day and do more circuit training. This could turn into a full time job!

For me your not fat. it's good for the girl the she have some fat but not so much so in that case it's just an normal for me. So don't worry about your body your not fat at all.

53kg are not many at all.You are perfectly shaped I suppose.Why do you want to lose wight?How much do you want to weight?Don't you think skinny girls look a bit scarry because I find women who are over 18 years and weight less that 50 let's say a bit strange and unhealthy looking.
