if HR manager ask for us What are your weakness ?
then what should we say ..like if we told are weakness then may be that person will say we are lacking of this thing ...
i think we should say that point which can be taken as +ve point from our weakness

According to me we have to mentioned our weakness . Because all people have their own weakness. While mentioned our weakness we should tell the HR Manager that i have one weakness and i am trying to overcome my weakness and give assurance that this weakness will not hamper his carrier in company. I think that is the best answer that a person can give. Hope it works for all.
