if we will create a new job or new company?

You are blessed to have such many knowledge in different fields that make up a company. Sve up first and make sure you have enough capital to start your business... you will never know what will happen when you have your own business. t may be hard to start up one, to conceptualize an idea for a business - perhaps though you know a lot about operations, finance, etc it may not be enough for this time until you are handling them for your company itself. It is a huge responsibility so you have to think first of what you want as a business. Internet busness is huge, you can be a webhost, an internet provider, a buy and sell webpage, a social networking site etc... there are a lot of ooportunities out there but you need to be specific. you can't be a jack of all trades but a master of none. it would rather be hard to sustain employees that way. you have to be better than your employees. so i would suggest that you start thinking first of what business you like, how you are going to put it up... etc. goodluck!
