Most times I like to prepare quick dishes with minimal effort as i do not like to cook that much for a long time. I usually end up with a pasta dish. What about you?

I usually keep some fried rice "going". That I mean is, I make more than I wil eat at once and put it in the redge. It keeps for over a week. Depending on time and need, I can cook eggs over a tomato sauce, make an easy veggie stir fry, acompany it with a steak or chicken. These last foods are not so expensive because the filling part is the rice. You donĀ“t have toput a T bone on each plate.
Happy posting!

i find steaming easier and faster. i can also leave it for about 15mins with no more stirring or adding anymore spices. usually i do steamed fish which i think is healthier, filling but without the guilt.

yeah steamer and even the rice cooker.
i prefer the fresh but if you have a frozen fish then id say have it thaw first.

I do bolognaise because it is a speedy dish.
If we were to have fast food, it would take longer to get to the shop and buy it.
Sometimes I do a rice dish and microwave the rice and that is quite nice and quick too.
I suppose the fastest meals are really the simplest, things like sandwiches or salads.
