PTC Wallet - scam or genuine HELP me.

I am a member for the site for the last couple of months -already reached payout which I have applied in the month of January 1 st. But have not been paid till now. Any one here is a member of this site. Please tell me weather this is a scan site or a genuine one....I am still continuing.
