yesterday I started feeling poorly last night which is somewhat normal for me on hot days, but yesterday was cool and nice and I wasn't overexerting myself at all so I have no idea what made me sick.
I wasn't feeling well before I ate dinner so looking back probably should have skipped it knowing that it might come back to haunt me later in the day.
I got sick once last night, but once is more then enough as far as I am concerned.
does anyone else have this problem that I do getting these nasty sick headaches that only seem to go away if you get sick?
I always know when I get one, because I have these symptoms uncontrollable yawns, watering eyes and the nasty headaches and usually if it is this time on the year a runny nose too so much fun.
anyone that deals with anything similar to what I do I'd love to hear from you on this.

well when I get sick like I did the other day it is something that happens to me a lot over my life so it is not unusual just wish I could do something to not make it happen it usually only does if I get overheated or don't drink enough, but that day it was not hot it was in the low 60's and I didn't overdo anything, which was the strange part.
Of course after I get sick the next day I am fine, which I always thought was the strangest part of that.

well the funny thing yesterday was I felt crappy before I ate so I knew the food wasn't the cause of the problem, but usually I won't get sick like that unless it is really warm out or something and yesterday was a really nice day and cool and I did nothing to overexert myself so it was very confusing as to why I got sick.

I know the feeling although I don't actually get that sick. It effects me when a thunder storm is somewhere close by, or more commonly, when there is no wind. The second case is clearly a case of bad ventilation in my flat. My nose dries and soon a headache comes on. Sticking my head out of the window regularly relieves some of the discomfort.
