I have lower back pain since I have started getting older, because it really hurts a few people have told me I should try acupuncture. Has anyone ever tried it and does it hurt, in addition how do you find a good doctor to ensure you will not be hurt by the process?

I am a healthy, working senior male of 76 years. I enjoy working with 400 colonies of Honeybees, and attest my success, and good health to Yoga. Yoga will stretch the muscles, and keep them strong, as it lubricates the joints, and keeps them flexible! Keeping Bees requires much bending and lifting, which would be impossible (at this age) without the discipline of Yoga. I've been doing Yogic exercises for over 30 years, and have not had a medical checkup for 28 years. My avatar demonstrates a seated, forward bend, commonly called, " The Cobblers Pose." There are many yoga poses which strengthen the back.Be Healthy and Strong with Yoga!
