I have, i have tried a bunch of different types of diet. I have done everything from low carbs, to high protien, and every other kind of diet. Juice diets and high energy exercise. I have tried every diet that I could do. Then I tried this weight watchers infomercial which I really though was going to taste like card board with gravy, and guess what those meals were good, and I lost weight and I have kept it off. It doesnt come of fast but it stayed off. What do you think?

I have been on every diet known to mankind. Actually have been on Weight Watchers twice and got down to my goal weight both times but I never maintained the weight loss. That wasn't due to a problem with the diet but more to my not listening to the lessons that they were trying to teach me. I finally realized that my problem with food was really due to underlying issues that I had to work on. I invented my own diet. I resigned my membership in the clean plate club and always leave three generous bites on my plate. I drink 8 oz of water and eat a piece of fruit before each meal. I eat slowly, chewing every bite of food 25 times, putting my fork down between bites, pausing and then taking a sip of water before I take another bite. It's amazing how little food it actually takes to fill you up. since beginning my new plan about two months ago, I've lost 10 lbs. I eat whatever I want. I just use portion control. Got a tip from a friend a while ago about preparing food and eating it out of a Japanese Bento box and that really helps with portion control

Thank you that really is smart so you make your meals in those small boxes so that you are not eating too much, I like it. I am going to start trying that very good idea.

They can be pricey. Check E-Bay for inexpensive ones. Good luck

I tried the cabbage soup diet and Slimfast. I have read that Weight Watchers reportedly has the highest success rate of people who lose the weight and keep it off. I know several people who have had great success with them. I think a few members of my family too.

Weight Watchers did. Afer a couple of years I gained it back. But that was because I had to have several surgeries on my back and neck. As a result I didn't just get no exercise, I didn't even go anywhere.

If you have sureslim in your country, rather use them. You will make yourself sick if you keep on trying all of them out. As i understand it, sureslim is the best. TATA.

No but thank you I am not using any pills or diet aid products as they dont really work for me and cost way to much. Another thing is I am not sure that they will not cause a bad reaction with my Diabetic medications.

Sweetie, sureslim don't give you any pills to drink. They draw blood and test it. Then they work out a eating program that is healthy for you. They weigh everyone once a week. You eat, you don't drink pills. TATA.

Count the calories as you eat. It’s a good idea to have an idea of the calories that most food items have. If it is a packed thing then the label is sure to have the calories that the substance has.
