Ok, A Ligra is totally cool. Who hasn't seen,"Napoleon Dynamite?"
But, really, I would be a turtle. They live for like 300 years. The galapagos ones do anyway. Some of those turtles have bullets in their shells from the civil war!
One day I went for an interview to be a car salesman. During the interview, the guy asked me to sell him a pen(totally lame). Then, he asked me if I could be an animal, what would I choose? He said he wanted to be an eagle. I said turtle. He brought up the fact that they are slow. Let's just say I didn't get hired!
This is despite the fact that I mentioned turtles live longer than anything else on the planet and that they are the native American symbol of femininity. Like that tool of an interviewer cared about femininity. Why ask a question if you're not gonna like the answer. What a tool!

Well, I really wanted to be a dog. A really obedient one. I just want to. lol
For the interview you told, I think the interviewer was referring to as an animal in the business or job you were applying for. He didn't really want your view on why the animal is your choice on your life. It's in the business that's why he mentioned the eagle. An eagle in business really wants to soar high above others so he could always have the advantage on other predators in the business. Well he probably have concluded that a turtle in business is slow. It couldn't stay in the race of companies that are present in the business. I hope I said it right.

I would like to be an eagle. I think of it as a symbol of freedom and sharpness

If I could be an animal, I would be a dolphin, a whale or an elephant. They are my most favorite animals.
The interviewer seems totally believe that your answer would reflect what kind of people you are in real life.
