how long you always do with your computer in a day ?

i always do with my computer about 15 hours a day that is so long for me . but i have no chance . because i work with computer , i work with ebay , and i can not work without computer , i realize that it is bad for my health , the radiation is so intensity . i now afraid of it , my eyes become worse and worse , so i need to protect it , i also stand up and make a little sports , and relax myself . so i can keep clear . how good it is! i think i can keep it and health even work with computer . O(n_n)O

we almost have the same time frame infront of a pc..
radiation? from crt monitors perhaps, but i bet you are using an lcd (no radiation) eye problems? probably light variations can strain the eye..so remember to rest your eyes once in while..

Hi,
I can say no particular time for me to use my computer but I can say its not a short period of time,from my home to my office my using my PC but I set time for myself to take have a rest using my PC for the benefit of my health and myself.The limitations of using PC is depend in yourself...

Yeah, as far as I am concerned, I think I usually use my own computer everyday,which I think is a very good useful tool for my daily life. So I prefer to use it as my work assistant. For me, without a computer, I think my work can not continue.
