Early to bed, early to rise.

So, I have heard this old adage before, Early to bed, early to rise, makes you healthy, wealthy and wise, and I am sitting here, quite late at night thinking to myself, maybe I am not wealthy because I don't go to be early enough. This surprisingly is not really what I wanted to discuss, but not so surprisingly because I am at that stage of tired, where one is wired, rambling, "high" you could say. I am in the learner topic today because, earlier, I was speaking with some friends, and I received third party confirmation. Did you know, that if you study after intense physical exertion, you retain what you learn better? What do you think about that, Wake up, Work Out, Study. Best way to remember what you learn, from what I understand. It has to do with increased brain cell production, so your mind creates a whole bunch of fresh new cells to fill with new information, so the old ones don't have to share as much. What are you thoughts on all of this? With Appreciation.

hi cj that makes real sense and I never thought about that that way but of course we have more brain cells its easier to think and to learn and to retain it no wonder when I was young and going to college I had a long ways between buildings for classes and when I studied after dashing clear across the campus I actually remembered it the next d ay for an important test, and that was the reason why that brisk physical exertion. probably kill me now at my age and my weight. but I did well on my subjects although I felt tired a lot of the time too. I got my degree finally when I was fifty six and that was so different and agin I had a really long ways between classes in different buildings too. but age and weight held me down to a b average but in a big U thats not too shabby either reeally. I think I was the oldest one in most of my classes although there were otherrs in their late thirties and early forties too.

I am glad to have found someone that has a positive experience with this, now I just need the drive to start doing it myself, that is exercising right after I wake up in the morning. I am sure there are things you could do, I hear lifting weights is low impact, that could give you your exercise, with out being to extreme, to your body. I can understand the rush of college days, that is for sure. Have you ever heard of appetizer diet cookies, if your weight is something that concerns you, you could try having them for a snack, instead of regular cookies, of course I am sure you would want to try one or two out first, and I would be happy to send you some samples. I think the only informational pages are referral links, so if you want to know more I would be happy to share that with you. With Appreciation.

Hmm, I've defintitely never thought about being able to retain information better if you study or try to learn after intense physical exertion. I suppose that explains why people work out in the morning and then go about their routine for the rest of the day. As for me, I know the saying that you've mentioned as well but haven't thought about it for a long, long time. I guess you've just brought back to the forefront the reasons that I am not wealthy. Thanks for the reminder, I'll have to start going to bed earlier and getting up earlier.

Yeah, I have heard that old adage too, just hadn't thought about it in a long time. But now I know why I'm not wealthy! lol However, it doesn't explain why I'm healthy and wise, I mean here I am still awake, sooooo maybe the healthy and wise part of it aren't true.

You have 2 of three, that is great! Maybe you just need a bit more sleep each day, and a plan to help you with the wealth. I would be happy to help you with the plan, I haven't checked your profile yet, but, I see that your avatar is a picture of Texas, I have some good friends in Texas, that love to help people get rich, they are helping me to do, and we would consider talking to you about achieving the same goal if you like? I personally think, it just means, good rest and proper exercise, will help us to achieve all the things we want to achieve. With Appreciation.

thats sounds about right, i think its also to do with the fact that you have yoru blood pumping around your body more when you are exercising so you can awaken your brain cells

Yes, that is true as well I am thinking. So the best time to study, is in the morning after you exercise. I think, my new plan, for studying, is wake up, work out, study, shower. I think, also it will only work that way, when I have night shifts or days of from my job. Good thing, I study good anyways. I study things like scripture, and MLM, and being a better person. Yep, so did I. Well I think they created that assuming that all people sleep at night. But now adays, it's different. we have night shifts and there will be times that we have to stay up all night. Even rich people stay up late so that must not be the cause. What I believe that adage actually meant is that we need to get ample rest, reagrdless what time of day you could possibly get it. It is during sleep that we rest and recuperate damaged brain cells amking us function better when awake. Haven't you noticed that the longer you stay awake, the slower your reflexes and mental capacity is? We need rest, that's all there is to it.
