I am losing appetite for the breakfast

I am not sure what is going on with me. It seems these days I lost appetite for the breakfast meal. Even though I got some delicious breakfast in front of me, I just couldn't finish them. Sometimes, I only had a bite, then I don't feel like eating it anymore. Same for my lunch, but when I eventually feel really hungry, then I would eat some, but not a lot though. Is that a sickness, or something else?
I usually eat a lot for the breakfast meal, and lunch meal too, but lately, I just don't like to eat.

good day! may i ask you if your female? coz if you are, i think your pregnant its really a sign of pregnancy. you try to consult a doctor for you to have a medicine or treatment to that. but if your not female, i think you should also consult a physician maybe something wrong with your stomach. are you having a problem right now? it may also some cause of that loosing of appetite.

Try waking up earlier. Sometimes people aren't hungry when they first wake up, maybe you used to be but that changed. So try getting up a few hours before you eat breakfast, and maybe that will give you some time to build up an appetite.

Perhaps you are coming down with something. My daughter was like that before she developed a fever recently. Are you feeling well otherwise?
I don't mean to worry you because this just could be a phase. Breakfast is a very important meal and shouldn't be missed. Try substituting your usual breakfast for something different, maybe lighter, but don't miss it out completely

I think you are getting sick, mate. I would suggest a soup and bread diet for you. I don't want you to eat any meat for a while. Light soup diet first. I have had a feeling like that before. I took a soup and biscuit diet. It helped until my body and eating habits normalized. I do suggest consulting a doctor. :)
