How can we remove our laziness???

Hello friend please give me some idea to remove my laziness, right now I feel like very lazy I don't what I do.. I can't sleep because I'm in office.. so please friend help me to give some idea.

hi friend , i think you are not busy in your office, i am the same to you, i am not so busy in my company . so i become laziness. i always go out to have sporte after working . also i can climb mountain with my friend . i think it can remove your laziness . my friend ,have a try please , i think you can do it . best wishes!

Hi saanjh, What don't you walk away from your desk. Do some stretching or pump up. Just go to toilet and wash your face. It would make you a little bit fresher and you mood to do your works might come back. Just do something that is not related to your works, something different that you like. Just do do it too long because your boss might scold you for that.

Only laziness is your problem then you can try to do PRANAYAM and MEDITATION. By doind this you will feel fresh and happy. If you don't know how to do the pranayam then let me know, I will send you some tips about that. But it will help you definitely. So don't waste the time and try to do Pranayam.

you can listen to music with your earphones. you turn on the volume to the maximum . it can stimulate your brain soon . or you can press your fingers Hope it can help you !!

I think if we made habit of regular works on time.. then we remove our laziness.. because it is the best way to remove laziness.. to doing any work with fully mind you can remove your laziness...

I am guessing that there isn't any work to be getting on with so how about doing some sort of puzzle. A crossword for instance. Or you could be very diligent and clean out your desk or something similar. It isn't always a good thing to be sat doing nothing as it makes it very hard to get going again once the work comes back in.
