How do i promote my forum?

My friend has started a paid to post forum, but dont know, how to attract members to it, if some one could help me about that, i would be greatful to you.
just list out some of the ways, which can make good members to it?.

Hi thedreamer09,
Have you tried giving bonuses to the first members who sign up?
I think if you get a few active members and thay cashout soon to give proof your forum pays it should be filled with people in no time.
