Tabacco is most harmful for brain than most drugs!

Today I just finished with reading of some great book about drugs like alcohol, tobacco, nicotine, caffeine, cocaine and etc. and I was amazed. In this book was signed how type of drugs harm our brain and result for tobacco was the worst! Tobacco harms all parts of the brain! I just quit cigarettes before some days and I will never smoke again!

im a heavy smoker, yeah i have read a material with the same content some years ago, im quitting tomorrow
