how many days have passed? since u last ran

i dont remember the day when i last ran.. life is getting too much lazy now a days.. that we dont need to run.. we just always spend our time walking and sitting... why we dont run..

I just ran yesterday. Later, I'll be running once again. I really like to run. It's exercise and I like to sweat. HEHE!

One day. I ran 8 miles yesterday, today I didn't run any. Tomorrow I think I will run, and I will also try to run the next day.
