I think so. If you are in an unhappy marriage..you will be stressed alot which is not good for your health.

i think any marriage could lead to health problems especially marriages where the husband is gone a lot my husband is in the army so its hard at times. i think any kind of marriage happy or unhappy will always have something to cause a health issue
