We eat carbs once in a while only and we prioritize on eating vegetables and soups. We barely eat meats, but fish we do. Health should be well taken care of because it's too expensive to be hospitalized especially with the economic situation. We also take vitamins such as vitamin C. I believe that is how we manage to keep our bodies healthy.

Every day, I won't skip my breakfast, I will eat alot for my lunch as I need energy to work, I will eat less for my dinner, because I sleep earlier about at 10pm. After I finish my meal, I will try to not just sit at there relax, try to do something or just stand at there chating with work partner, because I don't want big tummy. Every meal I would like to have a bowl of soup or a cup of drink I want. Every meal I eat must have fruits and vegetable, and not eat too much fried food, and drink a lot of water as I can because I always get wet when I working. Sleep earlier is good for your health too.

Almost all foods nowadays are processed or has chemicals so it is best to eat organic or fresh fruits and vegetables to avoid cancer and other illnesses. It is also best to exercise everyday, even walking for 30 minutes will do. And drink plenty of water to flush out toxins.

I consider my eating habit is healthy I eat balance food with a lot of fruit and vegetable. I don't eat fried food much, I try it only when have to eat outside and no other food option beside that or its new recipe ( I try it because I wanna know the taste). My guilty pleasures is ice cream and chocolate, its something I find really hard to avoid, How about you?

I think eating fruits and vegetables. Walking every morning to exercise our body. Drink milk every once a week.
