Just wandering what you thought of these two movies. We went to see them both today. Book of Eli certainly made you think. It is so true that we take so many things for granted. The people in this movie even had to pay for drinking water. How many of us drink a glass without even thinking about what a blessing it is. After we watched this very serious, thought-provoking movie, we decided we needed a few laughs. Hence, our second choice The Tooth Fairy. It was actually much better than I had thought it would be. I know it didn't get very good ratings by critics, but I found it to be good, clean, family fun. The additions during the credits were especially funny.

I had seen both. We saw the movie "Book of Eli" in the theater. It was really a mind twisting and serious movie. I like it and it motivated me to rush up and read the bible. Truly amazing and it made me wonder and realize that we complain too much, but we never think that we actually have no right to do so. People is covered with bad motives, envy pride and greed. We are self centered and selfish.
On the other hand, I saw "Tooth Fairy" because my boyfriend bought a dvd. It was so light and really funny.

I have not but I want to see both of them. The Tooth Fairy looks to be funny and the other one looks thought provoking.

I watched both, at first I didn't understand what The book of Eli was about until the ending. The Tooth Fairy just like you said was much better than I expected, I thought it is just funny, lite and simple movie. Tooth Fairy is entertaining and fun to watch.
