90% sure that you do not get the energy in the morning.
You also do not get enough nutrients for the day.
Normal white water demand is 8 glasses per day.
Any excess weight 1kg, you will need 1 cup extra.
The question is: how many pounds you overload?
How many glasses of water a day you consume?
8-10 glasses per day can you avoid eating fatty foods.

hell0! well, i drink about 2-3 glasses of water a day and
I think that I can avoid fatty foods, but I just don't
want to, because I like them, well not all of them
but many :) and I am really not sure how many pounds
do I overload!

I am not overload,contrary I need adding weight. Before I donot like drink white water, now for my health I force myself to drink around 8 cup of water per day.I believe that I will have the habit of drinking enough white water every day.That will be great if you have any ideas to add weight for me, thanks in advance.
