When you wake in the morning, you do not get sufficient water and do not even eat breakfast, 90% sure that you do not get the energy in the morning. You also do not get enough nutrients for the day. Normal white water demand is 8 glasses per day. Any excess weight 1kg, you will need 1 cup extra. The question is: how many pounds you overload? How many glasses of water a day you consume? 8-10 glasses per day can you avoid eating fatty foods.

I am not overload, but i have cholesterol. Too many drinks is not good too. I just adjust it with my needs. so whenever i get thirsty, then i drink. I don't drink 8-10 glasses per day, sometimes it less, then sometimes it more.

everything that is excessive, it is not good, for most healthy people are encouraged to drink 8 glasses a day.

It's too bad,I really don't like to drink water unless I feel thirsty. But I will force myself to drink more water to keep health~ Thank you for your suggestion~

you can drink little by little, after a long time have not felt that you drink 8 glasses.

hell0! well, i drink about 2-3 glasses of water a day and I think that I can avoid fatty foods, but I just don't want to, because I like them, well not all of them but many :) and I am really not sure how many pounds do I overload!

I am not overload,contrary I need adding weight. Before I donot like drink white water, now for my health I force myself to drink around 8 cup of water per day.I believe that I will have the habit of drinking enough white water every day.That will be great if you have any ideas to add weight for me, thanks in advance.

I will try to drink 8 glasses a day, hopefully, my stomach was not bloated.
