Have you been to Borneo, Sabah? What do you think about the place?

Hi, I'd like to know what other people think about my homeland, Borneo Sabah. Please share your view.

I have been to Kota Kinabalu and Gunung Kinabalu as well..it's the best experience when I reached the top of the mountain.

hi hcvmk, are you from Malaysia too? Yeah, climbing Mt. Kinabalu is one of the best experience I ever had especially when I reached the summit after spending hours of climbing. I recommend people to go there & enjoy your time while you are in Sabah. There are other interesting places you can visit too. You can get more info from this site: www.sabahtourism.net.

Yeah I've been to Labuan and Kota Kinabalu. My family stayed on the island for a couple of years, I don't remember much about my childhood days there anymore but I did grow up there. Went to grade school and eventually migrating to Johor Bahru where I finished my last year in primary school. Anyway I think Sabah is in a 2nd world country, don't you think so? My family are now Singaporean residents but right now I'm staying in the Philippines to study Law.

I don't know much about sabah but I recently visited the Malasiyan capital Kuala Lampur for my summer vacation and it is absolutely a fantabulous city.
