My daughter has decided to stop eating meat. She still eats eggs and dairy but no meat.
My daughter is a new veg, as of 6 weeks and dinner time at home is a pain- as the rest of u are meet eaters. I'd love to cook a meal that we can all eat together.
What are some of your fav meatless/veg meals.
Thanks so much

There are all kinds of dishes that a meatless that can please even the most ardent carnivore.
You can do a version of chilli using lentils and beans instead of meat. There are lots of stews, pasta dishes, curries and hearty soups that don't require meat.
How old is your daughter? If she is old enough to cook or help with the cooking then get her to find out some recipes and try them out.

You should try a salad.. a coleslaw maybe- but put a little meat in it to make it more tasty.. people need meat to keep a balanced diet.

i can actually relate to your daughter as i tried to become a vegetarian few years ago unfortunately it didn't quite work out well for me. i still eat vegetables but i also include fish and a little meat in my diet. my favorite recipe would have to be "pinakbet" it is native dish in our country. it is made of mixed vegetables such as squash, okra and eggplant and then stir fried. i also like fresh spring rolls with vegetables and tofu as it's stuffing.
