What is a good college to go to in the US and Australia?

Hi, everyone! I'm from the Philippines and I'm about to graduate in 2 years and I'm still not sure what college to go to. I'm thinking of going to the US or Australia to study on a scholarship basis and I'm also hoping to get a part- time job there. I was also wondering which is a good university to study at in US or Australia. And I still don't know what college course to take too. I know it's very important that I already know by now, but I still don't. So, I'm really worried now. If you have any suggestions and tips, any at all, please share it with me. Thank you so much! :)
