how long do you insist on ur first job?

My fist job was in an online travel agency. I worked as a travel specialist for two years. It was fun but a bit challenging since we have to deal with flight, hotel and car reservations and there were a lot of issues. The management started to become unreasonable and I couldn't stand it anymore so i had to leave.

My first job is being a secretary/customs rep in one of our brokerage in our town. I like the job because its connected to my major, what I really dont like is my boss. She is a monster, there is no day that she did not insult all her employee. Once she arrived in our office, everyone of us are really afraid and nervous of her. I only stayed there for 3 weeks.
