what is the meaning of job security ?

You can get the real meaning at time of worst recessions, where you will have fine day and all of a sudden a pink slip at the desk, stating due to company current crises, we are laying off.So Job security means any issues, that will not threat to any layoffs.

hi job security depends on organization's growth.when it's get down first it will affect our growth than it will affect our job.so constant growth of our organization is most of contribute our job security.
