well in either way, it's mind over matter..i truly believe that if we really train our mind hard, we could achieve that type of ability..the brain is so vast and we're only using less than 5% of our brain capacity.

I think you mean telekinesis, am I right? Moving something simply with your mind? Whether or not abilities like telepathy or telekinesis are real is up for debate. Some people claim to be able to do it. Some people claim it's simply a thing of comic books and isn't real. The truth of the matter is, maybe it is possible. We don't use our full brain capacity most of the time. Maybe if we were able to, we would discover new abilities like telekinesis.

in my opinion if it were possible than someone would have figured it out by now. i think if someone had then it would be all over the news. if it is possible just undiscovered than that would be amazing=]
