Do you agree to donate to someone you don't know?
Do you agree to donate with one of your family members organs (in the case of brain death) ?
What is your reaction if a member of your family suffering from kidney failure or liver failure do you agree if a strange who is in brain death donate for her/him ?
Do you reconcile that the culture of organ donation in the world is weak ?

I live in the UK. Here we can put ourselves on the organ donor list and carry a card saying that we consent for our organs to be sued if we die. However, our next of kin still has to give permission if it happened. So for example, a wife might die and be carrying an organ donor card. Her husband could still refuse to allow her organs to be donated. I think that is wrong as it should be up to the person who has the organs! I also think people might refuse in grief and then regret that decision months later when they realised that their loved one wanted to.
I carry an organ donor card and my husband knows of my wishes. I would be happy if my organs could benefit others when I no longer need them.
If I had a family member that needed an organ transplant then I would be thrilled for them to receive any organ that would save them, whoever it was from. I don't think I would care who it was from, what is important is that they would live.

I have always wanted to be an organ donor, I just have not gotten around to actually making it official. I tried discussing this with my husband but he seemed iffy about it, so I stopped. I will probably be an eye donor first and then see how it goes.
