This is a tough question indeed but according to me, He might be still alive. If he could be held responsible for the World Trade Centre destruction then it's a petty thing for him to find an ideal place to hide. Well let's hope that if he is still breathing, justice will be done to the all the families who lost their dear ones in the World Trade Centre. Let's hope that his whereabout is found soon. Cheers
