well about 2 times first in the morning, and one again in night. My mother make it for my family, and like drink it when its still hot.

Recently I have been having 3 or more cups a day since i'm sick. But when I'm not sick I have about 2 cups.

I probably drink 2 kettle's worth during the day. I love green tea, although I drink Rooibos and regular tea too. I have a gargantuan mug which holds almost a liter (4 cups), and carry it around with me constantly.
Ahhh, I think it's time to put the kettle back on the boil.

I like to have a nice cup of tea at night but I don't do this everyday. When I have a cold, I love to have tea several times a day, since it seems to help my sore throat and sinus problems
