How can you control your way of breathing, that can keep your health ?

Beside foot our body always need air. The problem is whether you can adjust the respiratory that can give you a healthy impacts in your body.

Proper breathing is necessary to supply the oxygen to all the parts of the body, actually the new born baby is the one who breathes properly, taking deep inhale and exhale with the movement of stomach, gradually when the child grows it tends to forget this natural way of breathing.

Thank's Samson.You'r comment is good and true. But what I mean is not just a baby. But for everybody. How they inhale and exhale , how they concentrade in mind . And focus to how they can grab a power from air to their body and their soul, by relying on a self suggestion .
