I'm graduated from university last year. With my experiece, I knew experences are very imformtant during seeking job. If have no related expernces the employers will not consider you mostly. If it is possible, you'd better to sign a job on campus.

No question about it. Experience, and not just work experience but also learning how to interact socially, build management skills, learn extra skills of all types and so forth. Think of all the things that can make your CV better than a fellow graduate's. Graduation isn't the end of your education, it is when another type of learning kicks in. You have filled your brain with facts, now it is time to build your personality.
