hi there rakesh!=)keep believing and never lose faith--there is no shortcut to success and if you want to succeed in anything you wanted in life then you need to overcome the difficulties that may come your way giving up is not an option at all.
English can be easily learned just practice and practice. Are you familiar with the saying "PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT" & "TRY and TRY UNTIL YOU SUCCEED"?
You can do this I believe you can=)

if English language is the barrier on achieving success, there are only two things you can do, first is to try hard to be fluent in English by studying and using it, like what you do here, but you must be cautious in writing in English because if you will not recognize your mistakes, then you will not improve. Second is to be better in the field that you are already good. You said you are good in Hindi, then why not work in a field that will highlight your asset. Teach Hindi! There are many people who want to learn second or third language.

Hi, Rakesh. This is a better discussion than the last one I looked at that you started. You used a lot of what we call text speak, and that does you no favors.I could not understand it and so I did not answer it. I do not think the fact that you are not a native English speaker can keep you from success, but it may keep you from some avenues you might try to travel in looking for it. The more languages you master, the more likely you are to achieve success. That does not mean that I think you will fail if you do not improve your English, but if you learn several languages you will have several paths to your success.
