I have done read the FAQs and guidelines a few times before I took a few months off from myLot. When I come back late on February, I found a few changes have been made here. Mylot has already has a rewards for using myLot search box correctly, a few extra games or stuffs on fun stuff, we got notice when our posts being delated and a few more other things.
When I went back to the frequently ask Question section and guidelines, I also found that mylot have made a few changes on their sentence structure, we can understand more now then previously especially for those who is non-native English speaker.
But today, I found a new change has been made. I do not know when it is started but if I am not mistaken it is just change and I am not aware of this.
I am sure that before this we can not change our "Country" in our preference. If we want to change it, we need to cancel our current account and register a new one where we can choose our new correct country.
And I just give that advise to someone who want to change his/her preference country. I am a little bit embarrass because I give a wrong advise. We can actually change our "country' from the preference now.
Are you aware of this? Or am I the only one who did not aware of this?

I also have the same problem with you when I just started with myLot. But as time goes by, I can improve my English and I can posted my post confidently. It is okey to have a grammatical error here and there but at least others can understand what we are trying to say.
Do not let your English handicap restrict your involvement here. It might cause an annoying thing to some but a lot more would be happy to help you out. MyLot also did not allowed us to criticize others because of their English proficiency.

I am not aware of the new changes in the guidelines. Since you highlighted the new changes I will check on that to see what are the changes. I didn't know that we can 'migrate' from one country to another in the cyberworld but why need to hide the country you're from and adopt another country in your profile. I am proud to tell the world that I am a Malaysian and is able stand tall among the world community. But I was once pm-ed by a friend in Mylot whether I am really a Malaysian as what is stated in my profile? According to him, I act and think no difference than people of his country! He is from the States. Well, I enjoy the 'aramaitti' with the community here and so that explains why I have assimilated my thinking mind towards the majority line of thinking.

Hi zandi,
There is nothing change at guidelines actually but there are a few new additional information on Frequently Asked Questions like reward and profile setting which are not there when I left for a break. Sorry if I did give some misleading information on this discussion.
I believe that he/she mistakenly put his/her country wrong when he/she register. And only after make some posts that he/she realize it. He/she has had started a discussion about his/her state which is the famous "Land Below the Wind" but when I look at his/her profile, his/her country is Taiwan instead of Malaysia. She want to change it and I give him/her a wrong advice. Luckily, he/she got a correct way to change it without has to follow mine. What an embarrassing moment.
Maybe he/she can joint the aramaitti party after this.

Hi neildc,
The reason for me to started this discussion because I actually did not know it until I give the wrong suggestion to a new user here. I feel bad about it and as far as I am concern, we can not change our preference country before. I just want to share this information and I do hope we did not that thing for granted because they changed sometimes.
I also never want to change the country. But, previously, there are a few users that what to change their preference country for a reason. And they have a good reason for that.

Hi langjipingzong,
If you want to change your preference "country", you need to go to the "preference' section. It is not on the guidelines or frequently asked question. I am also not aware that we can change it until today.
I never read the Frequently Asked Questions at one go. I only read about something that I am looking for but I think I have read it all. To read it all at a time is not a good practice for me because we might forgot it later. Too much information at a time sometimes make us confused. Just read it little by little when we were free.

I am not aware of that one, because I just recently joined in mylot last march. So I am not aware of those things. I would like also to add up to the new things in my lot. Everytime you post or make comments to the discussion you can always add pictures now. I just find it out recently. Try that one. Its fun...

Hi ada8may,
If we like to explore more on guidelines, frequently asked questions and profiling, when can learn a thing or two. Something that we might not aware.
Yeah ... we can add picture on our posts but since the guidelines want us to have a copyright of that thing before we can put it here, I did not put any picture on my posts before. I try once but fail and never try it again. But it is a good thing because we could earn some thing from it and if I am not mistaken we also can earn by left a comment on the pictures.
