I have seen houses without garage that’s why their cars are parked outside or on the road. Is your house or residing place has a garage or allocated space for parking? How many cars and garage do you have in your residing place? Our house has two garage but we only have one car. How about you, where do you park your house in your residing place? I would be glad to hear from you. Have a nice day! Happy myLotting!

What made you ask that question saph? Are you going to say that your area is not as big as the river that's why it can't really be considered big? Lol!

Hi fastlane! Parking your car on the street is also safe if you have a peaceful surroundings and if you are looking at your car time after time. And it will also be better if it also has a car steering lock and alarm. Thank you for your response. Happy myLotting!

i have no car but i have motorcycle. the house we are renting have no space for a garage for a car but the small passage through the door has enough space for my motorcycle. and we have a small gate so it is safe at night to park the motorcycle inside.

Hi neil! It's good that you can still keep your motorcycle safe. Having a gate is really an advantage, it added a security. Thank you for your response. Happy myLotting!

My car is parked in our garage. I am not comfortable having it parked outside. Although I live in a gated community and the guards are all always roving, I still do not feel safe. Our garage can accommodate two cars, just enough for mine and my husband's.

we have our own garage.. tho if we park some cars out of our gate, we still feel safe as our village is guarded 24/7 and the neighborhood is peaceful as well

Our garage is attached to our house. The man who had the house built had a truck and he wanted to be able to drive his rig in to work on it. So 2 cars can fit in. Right now theres a motorcycle and our SUV in it. We always use the garage and never leave the SUV or bike in the driveway. My husband also has a computer, tv and sound system in his garage PLUS all his tools and everything is neatly tucked out of sight.
I think him having a garage has actually saved our relationship LOLOL.
I forgot to say theres also a sofa for our dog :) since our garage is heated, the door between my kitchen and the garage is always open.

We have a garage at home which can accommodate our two cars. . . We have purposely made a carport at home because we don't want to park our car in the street outside our house like the rest of my neighbors. .. It is a common sight in our subdivision to see people's cars parked outside their homes since the lot area of our houses are too small.

Hi doris! You are lucky to have a garage that can occupy your two cars. Having a garage is really safer than to park it outside. Thank you for your response. Happy myLotting!

Our house has no space for garage but planning to renovate. So my car and motorcycle are parked on streets that causes it to have plenty of scratches... =) Your lucky enough to have a garage...

Hi skylover! Yes, that is the problem when you are parking your car on streets, you cannot see what people passing by are doing. And they are sometimes the causes of scratches. Well, once your house will be renovated, your car will be in better condition. Yes, we are lucky for having a garage. Thank you for your response. Happy myLotting!

Around here cars have to be parked either on the sreet curb or in the driveway. We park ours in the driveway. Our inlaws (Across the street) have a carport they park under. You CANNOT park on the lawns around here or they will give you a ticket for it, which I think is stupid.

Hi cloudie! It's good to have a designated parking space for each residence in that place of yours. Discipline also plays a role there. You cannot just park anywhere. That's a great place you got. It's good to know. Thank you for your response. Happy myLotting!

We have a fair but of land with our property and at it's maximum we can park six cars and a van. At the moment though we just have the van, our car and a friends car who is using our space as storage while they are abroad.

Hello markmoney! Sad to say, we don't have a garage in our residence right now because our house was located inside an alley so vehicles could not pass. Good thing is that we have a new house but not livable yet, hopefully end of this year or early next year we could transfer there already. We can park 2 vehicles in our garage there soon (hopefully).
Right now, aside from my husband's work, he engages himself in a part time job. He's into buy and sell of 2nd hand vehicle that's why garage was really a vital thing for us. We rented 4 garage for 300 each a month plus other neighbor of ours let us park our vehicle without pay. Hope we could still get a much bigger space because we need it so much.. thanks and have a great day ahead!

Hi jinjer! I am glad that by the end of this year or early next year, you will be starting to live in your new house. That's really great! As of now, you just have to still be patient to your residing place, I know it's not suitable enough for your family specially that you have a business that needed a larger space. Actually that's a good business you have. Thank you for your response. Happy myLotting!

I don't have a garage, but I do have an enclosed carport. Since I only have one vehicle it is plenty of space for me. I do have a long driveway, so if someone comes over there is plenty of parking off the street. I have lived where there was only parallel parking in front of the houses, I hated that.

We live out in the country, down a little dirt road. We have a driveway, enough room for four cars side by side, and if we wanted to we could have, maybe five more behind that. A carport type thing would be nice, but not really necessary.

Thankfully I have a two car garage that our two cars sit in each and very night. Its keeps our cars safe from criminals and from bad weather. I'm so happy we have a garage because I know many people don't have a garage and have to fight for parking on their block. Its not a good situation to be in trying to park your car as close to your house as possible if your street has no garages.

Our house doesn't have a garage anymore. When the house was originally built, it was a three bedroom house with a one car garage. However, in the period of time since then, the garage has been converted into a fourth bedroom. So, we have a one car driveway and then we have a spot in front of the house where we will park our second vehicle. My husband would ideally like to have a garage, but for right now, what we have works for us.
