What propels you to work hard?

The ultimate goal for hard work, and basically anything really (in my opinion), is happiness, not just for me, but for my friends, family, and as many people as possible. This is why I do a lot of community service and like to work with entertainment as much as possible. Also, money can't buy happiness, but it can sure help! So making money to do some of the things and go to some of the places I love is also a huge motivation. Also, I don't have it too bad, but I do have a fear of failure. I'm sure this drives a lot of people to work hard too.

I feel like that I have a lot of room for improvement. That is what propels me to work hard. Success is something that I feel like I have to do to move to the next level in life. To be what I can be. I try and not think that I have reached my limits in life. Therefore, I try and see what I can do to propel myself to work much harder. In the end, it all boils down to a desire to improve myself. Therefore, I strive to work hard. Knowing that if I work hard, I will improve over time. It might take some time and a lot of patience, but I am in it for the long hard. And maybe if I help someone as a result of that hard work, so much the better. Still, the result of my hard work is going to affect myself at first and then everything just evolves from that point.

i have a family. my wife and my four year old son whos pictures appears as my avatar. of course there is also my mother who is now paralyze for more than 2 years already. they are my inspiration. they are the one who keeps me going and gives me energy to go on. it is fun to set a goal and a dream on something and be inspired at the same time.

I work hard because I don't have money and I want to help my family and help my church, that is the cry of my heart. And aside from that I want to work hard so that I could buy things for myself, be responsible and independent.

well, we work hard for ourselves basically. The need to support the family, the need for recognition, and some other basic needs of man are inherent in everyone. We may work hard for others but the root of it all lies in the inner satisfaction of our own needs.

yes, i have many inspirations in life. First is God, then my self, my family, my friends and my boyfriend. All of them inspired me to work harder 'coz i want them to be happy for what i became. By thinking of them and knowing that they were happy, i can managed all my jobs without feeling tired. In other words... I did this all because of so much love to the people surrounds me.

Im working very hard is for my family. They is my inspiration. They are my happiness. To see them they are happy and satisfy what they need, it is already fulfill my life and dream.

Right now, my future is looking rather bleak since I never really built up a good foundation and I spent most of my life just not paying attention my own future. But then I found a girlfriend and broken away my bad habits and now I spend my time working very hard to make my own future and my own dreams happen. I have to be able to help myself before I can help others and a lot of people do need help, I just have to be very strong.
