How to prepare baby foods?

I want to know how can we prepare baby foods like CERELAC on our own (I mean the dry powder that can be used for preparing the baby foods). If any one can help me in this regard it will be great. I have two kids of 5 yrs and 2yrs age. I want to give them the BEST in the world. Which other best than the home FOOD can I think of. So, any help in this regard is welcome.
