I believe you have to be at least 18 to buy and sell on eBay hun. I suggest you carefully read the rules of eBay and you will see that you do have to be an adult, and you also have to abide by their rules. You could ask an adult to help you, if they have an eBay account of their own, but you would also have to be very careful doing this as the seller is responsible for their account and any problems that may arise would also be their problem. Perhaps you could sell your charm bracelets in a local market instead? That way you would have the cash in your hand and your buyers can pick and chose their items

As far as I am aware, you shouldn't need a credit card. All you need is a Paypal account and then link a bank account to it. I think that's all there is to it. A couple of years ago I didn't have a credit card and I was able to buy things on ebay, so I see no reason why you can't sell. I'm sure someone who's an expert on ebay will add to this. Hope this helps x

I have sold some things online using ebay or any other site that I could sell items online. Most sellers there, often local ones, would prefer to meet up when they would do the transaction or utilize other money transferring methods. If you want to purchase something online from international sellers, you really do need to have a paypal account or a card for that matter.

You may already know this but I believe you DO need a credit card to sell or buy on eBay. With eBay, a checking account can be your primary way to pay for auctions or fees but eBay also wants to have a credit card as a back up in case your checking account does not have enough money in it.
