Have You Deleted Any Of Your My Lot Friends?

Hi Lotters just wondering if you have deleted any of your My Lot friends. I have done it a few times. I normally accept everyone who puts in a request and now I see I am going to take more time instead of accepting them right away. I had some who only wanted to be a friend just to get a referral from me and not really wanting to get to know me. I know we don't all have time to PM everyone on our list and I am not expecting that. I have PM some people and have some nice relationships with them. Mostly I communicate with them in discussions. And some I have deleted after seeing the way they respond in discussions.
I was just wondering if anyone else has done that on here. Please keep it general this is not a discussion to attack certain people if you have a problem with them. Let's keep it respectful. Some relationships don't work out on here and it is best to go seperate ways.
Thank You

I still add people all of the time. Now I check out their profile so I can see if we have things in common. I only had to delete a couple people. I agree it is better to add than to delete.

Yes I have deleted a lot of friends in mylot except the friends that is close to me. I deleted the one that is not active in my mylot.. i usually see their activities in my gmail. hehehe if i don't recall them in my gmail i simply delete them. simple as 1,2,3. Also some people that i am not familiar are deleted. My friends and classmates are always kept here in my mylot...

I had to take that alert off of my email. I was getting to bogged down with them. I just look on my home page and see what discussions they have going on.

Yes, I have deleted friends. I do always check the person's profile before I accept them. I like to see what their discussions are like. For instance, I'm come across several people who did like five discussions in a row about sites they want to recruit mylotters too. I figured I'd be swamped with referral links. I guess because I "screen" them, I rarely have to delete a person.

I am starting to look at their profile. At first I was just accepting everyone or if I see them a lot in the discussions and already have a good feeling about them.

I have deleted people that I requested to be my friend and they never responded. but I have never deleted anyone who added me or that I added. I don't know many of the people on my friends lits here, some people I have never heard from, but I really don't care. while others had chatted a bit with my here. If I ever had bad feeligns from some one here or anywhere, I would have no problem deleting them. Not to say that if I disagreed with some one on a subject, but really had a problem with things they say or comments they make that are say, mean or really hurtful to me or someone else. I do my best to steer clear of other peoples drama. that is just my thoughts.

Yes I have deleted requests that I made as well. I have only deleted a couple people for some of the reasons you mentioned. Not one incident a few and then I just take them off. I don't PM a lot on my list as well because we are all real busy on here.

No! I havent and I am not planning to delete any of them cause friends are actually helpful especially if they email their topics. Its helpful cause you will not have a hard time looking for an interesting topic to respond. You can just check your emails and choose from it and that's it, the day is over.

of course not. i never delete mylot friends thats way i need more and more friends. i'm very friendful and i thank to myloter who waht to become my friend. and also i want to refer my friend in mylot. so all myloter dont delete your friends. because this is the best way to earn more money right?

you don't earn money based on how many friends you have. It is based on how many times you post or respond and if you do tasks for My Lot. Having your friends become a referral for you on My Lot yes you can earn that way. I am talking about people already on My Lot who request being a friend. I have had them make a request and then the first time I hear from them they are trying to get me on their other sites so they can make more money. I don't think that should be the first thing you ask someone that you never met before.

snoopyfan,
Like you, I did delete certain members in my friend list but my reason is that they are inactive in myLot.
I just do not see the point of having them when all their time here in myLot only manage to post one to less than ten posts here. So, I just have my doubts and whether they are actually in myLot at all.
So, it is only natural and logical to remove them.

That is a great point I am so busy with all of my other stuff I don't always go back through my list and see who is still around or not. Then I am always adding people so I guess it all evens out.

I dont have too many friends, so I have not deleted anyone yet. I can see your point, if they only be your friend for information, why keep them.

I don't like the first message you get from them and they are asking you to be a referral for them. How about introducing yourself and then down the road ask that question after some time has passed. 99% of my lot friends are not like that but I was just curious if anyone else had the same experience. And you are in my 99% group.
Hope you are having a great day.

Well first off I only have like 4 friends haha because I never add people much and dont approve many people. I am not here to make frinds but I will approve someone once in awile if I am replying to alot of their posts or vice versa. i also have deleted people off my list to though..I actually just did this today lol. I just didnt feel like they posted much so there was no need for them.

Well me all I do its just accept all their invitations, I would not care deleting them anyway they did not done any harm to me.
So there are no reasons of deleting them, it would be more comfortable if I have friends in my list because once I'll make discussion they could easily respond to it if they feel my discussions
That's only a good thing about them and sometimes they also make comments and advices which is not good and bad.

Hi welcome to My Lot for the most part the people here are very nice and helpful. I only had to delete a couple of people. I don't want to scare you off from accepting friends here. I have also met a lot of amazing people on here. My advice to you is try to be as active as you can and you will see people will request to be your friend. My Lot is a lot of fun and more than just a site to earn money on. I hope you are having fun here and it will be a positive experience for you.
Happy Lotting!
