I received a mail from paypal stating that earnings received through goods or services export need to be withrawn within a month....Can anyone explain what they mean to say? Do there goods or services export include ptc and survey sites also?
I have written to paypal but haven't got any explanatory answer..

I haven't got any message from paypal but i have seen one more discussion mylot stating the same. Now paypal will start earning more and more transaction fee. Cheers to paypal

i think that that is probably because you live in india. if you lived in the U.S. you probably wouldnt have to worry about that. so it pretty much is abit different in some countries than it is in other countries.
